How We Care For Your New Artwork
We take great care in preparing each painting for safe delivery. Artwork is professionally packaged in a custom cardboard box or, where appropriate, a custom wooden crate, and shipped fully insured through trusted professional couriers. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within three business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier capacity, customs processing, and weather conditions. In many cases, packages arrive within approximately seven calendar days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect address information. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging so that we can assist you.
If You Live Outside Of Canada
We are pleased to ship within Canada and to select international destinations. For delivery addresses outside Canada and the United States, please contact us by email with your name, delivery address, and the title of the painting you wish to purchase. We will provide a shipping quote before your order is finalized.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or courier. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
