A Flexible Return Policy

We are pleased to offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

To initiate a return, please email chantalbandaart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and request for return. Return instructions will then be provided.

To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, less the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the artwork is securely packaged and returned safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging so that we can assist you.

Custom, commissioned, or personalized artwork is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
